This cleaning package is used in empty houses that have not yet been placed, with items delivered from the construction site or by the previous owner.
Our recommendation for houses that contain furniture is to benefit from our detailed cleaning service.
- Removing packaging from window sills and cabinets
- Cleaning the interior and exterior of the cabinets and making them ready for installation
- Cleaning and making ready-for-use steam facilities in large products such as bathrooms and kitchens
- Cleaning of paint and plaster residues throughout the house using special chemicals
- Internal and external cleaning of radiators
- Cleaning window sills and shutters with a steam cleaning machine
- Internal and external cleaning of white goods, if any
- Vacuuming and wiping all rooms of the house
Sofa and Carpets
Sofa and carpets will be cleaned and dried on-site using the Karcher-Puzzi 8/1 Adv. Cleaning Machine
About Steam Cleaning
The services marked in bold in the service list listed above show the differences between our detailed cleaning package from our standard cleaning package.
The steam cleaning in question is done with the SC 3 model steam cleaning machine of the Karcher brand.
With the machine's replaceable and washable machine heads, 90% hygiene is achieved on the surfaces by using only hot water steam.
It is not recommended to use the machine on wooden and painted surfaces.
